Returns & Exchanges

At Poppy Playtime Official Store, we want you to love your gear as much as Huggy Wuggy loves a hug, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
